-Weather conditions, technical problems over crowded passengers waiting to heck in problems which we can not control.

-Generally our boats go on time except when weather conditions are bad then there is some delays.

7. Why are your prices so expensive?
 

-With today's economic situation we are doing our best to keep our prices low. But the governments taxes are too expensive that is the main problem.

8. Why don't you let the passenger know one day before if you have cancelled the boat?

-We don' know the exact weather conditions. Even the meteorology can be wrong at times.

9. Why can't we buy the vehicles tickets from your representative agents?

-Company profile has procedures and this is one of them.

The drivers have to pay for their ticket. We can send vehicles with out a driver.
